Manchester City will look to return to winning ways after suffering their first defeat of the season, as they host Brighton at the Etihad Stadium on Saturday.

The hosts were scheduled to face Arsenal during the midweek, but the Gunners will play their rescheduled clash against PSV in the Europa League.

Brighton are coming off the back of a disappointing 0-0 draw against Nottingham Forest, with manager Roberto De Zerbi yet to record his first win. In their last meeting, City recorded a 3-0 win over Graham Potter’s Brighton at the Etihad back in April 2022.
